excellent.however the emergence of various power centres would be decided by the inherent contradictions of capitalist world and level and effective-ness of peoples struggle .

There will be four Super States in next coming decades in the map of this global world
One will be from Latin America, Second will be form Arab Regions, Third and fourth everyone knows well be China and India., Petite States will suffer the much when the issues of Terrorism, Natural Resources, Religion and Globalization will come on there diplomatic Desks because Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
