Yes, I did participate. This entry is one of the 120 shortlisted. But it didn't make it to the final twenty (which frankly, comes as no surprise!).

AsalamOalaikum..My name is Adeel haider..i just read your short story..nice work Zehra..there is something else aswell that actually motivated me to contact you..The topic of the short story "My mother ,me and my daughter"..if I am not wrong that was also one of the topics in a competition held by Goethe institute karachi in which I also participated..I just wanted to inquire whether you participated in that competition or not..if yes then I would love to have a few words with you about it..Thank you..Regards

True.One must live on,even after the departure of someone very close.After all,if someone bade farewell,he/she leaves behind the footprints of prosperity and tangled memories.
