Some matters remain in 'khul-band-khul-band' mode; they're NEVER closed.

And you say you don't read much Chowq these days? Well, think again, these words might come back to haunt you.

This interview was first published in Dawn (Karachi), Pakistan Link and Siliconeer.

Nafisa wrote one article here on CHOWK a few years ago
and its great to see that she is now a published author.
She has a fine style of presentation and we hope to see
more of her work in the future.

"The Writing on My Forehead" needs to have a screenplay written for it. It would make a great movie.

I just read the first chapter of that book on amazon.com. She has an excellent entertaining writing style and keeps the reader interested and wondering what will come next. I have a feeling Ms. Haji will do well down the road!

One mistake writers sometimes make is to get caught in the "ethnic" straitjacket. I hope Ms. Haji avoids that. I wish her the best.

Ras sahib, thanks for the interview account!
