Beautifully done. Like a painting that uses only dark hues on its canvas
the thoughts here are not smudged (except for the male character).
Painfully delicate brushwork here expresses the feminine perspective.
Just one problem. Are there ary SIDDIQUIS out there that write?
CHOWK is just full of talented ANSARIS. And since I am married to one it appears that .......

Ah! Eternal Feminine. Struggling to love the other world. And why not? This world is just plain pointless for you. This is as bad as my worst writings. I`m sorry to say.

Interesting. Fabulous descriptive poweres, except at times it`s slightly over-done, leaving nothing for the imagination. Slightly vague but v. abstract. The presence of a plot is essential. It`s expressed too subtly, put in more of mundane reality.
``It played with her hair hesitantly, like a new lover, unsure of its limits.`` *thumbsup* you go!

Magnificant read! The scenario is larger than life and culminates in the final heartbreaking loss of the spiritual project. The sharp imagery leaves me caressing my own wounds, reminding me occcasionaly of the world`s greatest stroty-teller, Manto.

`That said, Azra didn’t quite live in that very world. Her heart, her mind and her soul were twisted together into a shape that didn’t fit in her body all too well.`
Loved it! This sounds strangely like somebody I`m trying very hard to know. Written from personal experience?
