I`m curious too now.
Is this based on reality?
And how are you doing, by the way?
If no one else will read your 6000 word piece, Zoe, I will :)
Send it to me, if you will.

buhat fit, buhat fit.
much too cool.
where`s the 6000 word piece?
sorry about the name-dropping, but your writing in general is reminiscent of Kerouac and Ginsberg.
best,
Aman

Thank you for the heartening comments. Kamikaze is a name given to the Japanese pilots who made suicide attacks from the air during the Pacific War. Nayyara, to know specific details you can refer to the article, ``The Devil is the New Intern...`` :)
No, they didn`t get married. Sob!
Shandana, it`s probably because anything else would prove to be a little less gratifying.
I have a new piece ready but I don`t think the Chowk people can accommodate a 6000 plus words story. Can they?
Hamidm2, dude, damn straight!!!
Peace... (yeah, I`m one of those people who say that!)

A very refereshing read. You should write more often. I wish it was a longer as it kept me engrossed. Nice work. Though I stare at women but this was a completely new perspective on the idea.

I didn`t get it. Why was that a kamikaze? Is that because that got married? or did they?

Nice story, seriously.
and now for a few questions:
1) whats kamikaze?
2) how often do u write....i`ve visited this sight quite a few times, this is the first peice of work i`ve seen by you.
3) could you be a little more SPECIFIC about yourself in your profile?

nice......... very, very nice........ thanks for a pleasurable read ............ haven`t had the pleasure of drinking a murree classic but this was just as good as a pint of murree`s london lager or the old murree export - smooth, with just the right tinge of bitterness .............

very very well written. One of the very few pieces on chowk not written by Shandana Minhaj that kept my interest from the begining to end. Bravo !

.............``dead man walking.``
Ha ha, liked that!
This is the most refreshing piece of writing I`ve enjoyed in a long long time here.
Cool and honest without any frills.
Keep writing.
