Dear Zia would it be fine with you if you can provide the address or location of the strange house Al - Kausar. I am a 10 year old and one of my Uncle stayed in that house in North Nazimabad Block C.

a haunted house is like a refuge.
just like a cemetry.
in the middle of the noise filled city there rises a structure where silence prevails.
absolut silence.
no one dares seek this refuge.
yet all talk about it, around it.
and the silence prevails.

the piece was captivating..............wud like to get my hands on the longer version.

As an avid reader of Stories of Horror and related genres, I found that you had the perfect temperment to set the background of the story up, yet you couldnt build the main narrative that well and the endings were unfullfillng, unless this was how it was meant to be. Anyways, the story had all the right set of characteristics to be a chilling tale, but the point about stories likes these are that they end up in revelation of the actual tale behind the horror, something has to have happened in a place or to an individual. Or a personal account that leads to a realisation from that haunted place. So the punch is in the end.

Unless this is an abstract form of story telling. I just found the ending betraying the excellent starts.

Zia,

Would like to read more of the tales of this house. Maybe an intro on one of the ghosts would be cool to have.

Cheers!

Zia:

…you certainly have a way with words…Excerpt 1 was rich in detail and wonderfully eloquent, explicative, expository and expressive…it transports the reader to that time and the suburb…Excerpt 2…I had some trouble with…will give it a second read later to see if I can get more out of it…

lve,
