You did not have to go through all that pain to determine the nationality. Just use the scrachNsniff tab on the picture. You can easily tell by the Indian BO which is famous all over the world.

In any case, my comment was made in jest. Your statement OTOH is factually wrong. The people most responsible for creating tensions with India have no doubt been the uniformed elite of the Pak Army. They are also the only ones who can manage a peace deal. A civilian politician cannot do it.
