I am returning to supplement my last comment because I do sympathize with your liberal spirit. On Chowk it has been said many times that dedicated liberals like you CAN make a positive difference in the world. In fact, they are best placed to do so. But for the excercise of that privilege, they must win credibility.
Credibility comes from demonstrated competence and the integrity of one`s words and deeds.
Be competent. You would agree that thrusting mikes under the noses of all those who agree with you is no competence. Neither does that prove anything. For integrity, ask yourself: do you even try to be aware of your biases? Do you make some effort to overcome them? Do you consider the views of your opponents before you confidently reject them?
Tale care of these things, and you will have an audience of real human beings, not just empty-headed liberals. More importantly, you will be respected not just by outsiders who may have their own agendas completely different from your own, but by Indians theemselves.
Isn`t influencing actual, real breathing Indians your goal?
You can achieve that noble goal if you first establish credibility by demonstrating competence and integrity of thought and behavior. Unfortunately, merely being a `good-hearted person` is not enough.

temporal,
If the govt. was so sure about the Nanavati commision, it would have been beating the drum against the parivaar, but on the other hand they have become silent after the initial few days. Also, I am willing to take it as a possibility, but hey if movies are considered as proofs instead of a proper investigation by professionals, then India`s days as a nation are numbered.

Shubradeep,
Dude, you are such a disgrace to your name. Dont you have even a bit of shame
or guilt for such blatant lying ?
Communists generally dont have any qualms of lying - because to them the end
is more important than the means. The lying nature of communists is everywhere
to see.
Are you trying to get a site allotted on Railway property or something ?

a certain segment of the usual suspects is behaving predictably
``shoot the messenger``
has anyone seen the movie? and if they have can they share their feelings
Re: the fire spreading from within S6...wasn`t this the finding of the nanavati (sp) commission also?

Shubhra ji
It`s been argued that the numbers of Indian liberals who can think clearly, behave honorably, and write truthfully are fast depleting. In that context, you deserve a welcome.
Your doggedness in uncovering the real agenda of the Sangh Parivar to take over the world and make Mecca and Medina into Hindu places is quite praiseworthy. As a brave man, with an objective mind, you set out to find the truth and nothing but the truth, and satisfactorily proved and unproved many things.
These are remarkable achievements for you and for your cause in India.

//..how the hell did this writer `prove` how Godhra happened, when govt. appointed commisions have not been able too...//
Commies can prove anything - if that suits their agenda.

``In this film Vinay Katiyar reveals the real agenda of Sangh by saying that the Hindu religion will prevail over the world after the end of the fight and Mecca and Medina are Hindu places.``
I can believe the Sangh parivar talking shit, but this statement is way beyond even the nuttiest of them. Seems more like the writer`s imagination.
Also, how the hell did this writer `prove` how Godhra happened, when govt. appointed commisions have not been able too.

Bravo!
Let ever greater amounts of speech be generated and disseminated on this controversial incident. It is a pity (but oh so typical) that instead of countering speech with more speech as you have done, the rightwing has chosen to threaten and attack you.
Cheers,
