Negotiating Human Rights i agree that this incident is very unfortunate and disturbing. However, assigning this type of treatment of women as being a character of Pakistan is totally unjustified. Domestic abuses similar to this one occur all over the world. Even in ``The Great United States of America``, a guy can slice and dice his ex-wife, run away from the cops in a White Ford Bronco and be able to walk away from the whole thing a free man..

My point: blame the individuals, not the government...

Americans are Dumb? so what exactly is this article trying to prove? what is the point..are Americans dumb, or not? you go in circles with this article and ends up getting nowhere..a complete waste of time..
