Alliance with America is a great crime forbidden by Islam

In the Gulf war against Iraq in 1991 America set up an alliance to enter that war. After this she established what`s known as the `New World Order` as an attempt to impose her dominance over the world. Now America is striving to set up a new international alliance claiming that it is for the fight against terrorism. In reality she aims to develop the `New World Order` so as to strengthen her hold over the world, especially the Islamic world, which includes the states not under her control in Central Asia and the states which form a threat to her influence like China.

We, at this point, are not concerned about looking into who undertook the attack in New York and Washington on 11/9/2001. However we assert that America has directed an allegation against Bin Ladin without providing any evidence. Not one American official dared to say that he had a single evidence or proof against Bin Ladin. All they have claimed is that he is a prime suspect. He has issued a statement categorically denying that he had anything to do with the attack. Likewise, the Taliban government has unequivocally denied that it has anything to do with it. It has demanded evidence for this accusation in order to try him, should it be proven, but America is unable to present any evidence. Furthermore, those who are well informed of the matters, know that the American secret service has infiltrated the Taliban through Pakistan and consequently it has infiltrated the al- Qa`idah organisation led by Bin Ladin. If Bin Ladin was responsible for this attack America would have known about it, especially as such an attack requires a great number of people to execute it and long period of time to prepare for it.

We are used to Americas` lies and wilful deception in such situations. In the attack on the FBI building in Oaklahoma in 1995 the blame was immediately pointed at the Arabs and Muslims, then a short while afterwards it appeared that the perpetrator was an American. When she destroyed a pharmaceutical factory in Sudan she claimed that it was a weapons factory whilst she knew with certainty that it was a medicine factory. This is because she knows about every issue in Sudan whether it is big or small. She attacked the factory in order to absorb the anger against her at home. After pacifying her own people she apologised to Sudan for the air strike. She did something similar when her planes bombed Libya. Now, one expects that America had known who was behind this attack, but deliberately ignores them and directs the blame in a different direction to realise a number of targets: to appease the public opinion of her people and absorb the anger after the strong shock they felt; to extend her influence in the world, especially in Central Asia; to plunder funds from the states in the world not least from the oil producing states so as to gain twice as much as she lost during the destruction that took place; and to create Islam as an opponent to the Western civilisation so that the followers of this (Islamic) civilisation stay in a constant state of fear.

On Friday 14/9/2001 the assistant to the American Secretary of State William Burns summoned the Arab ambassadors and explained the terms of the alliance which his government was forming. They are the following: First, to declare support for the American initiative in a forceful and public manner. O Muslims! The Shari`ah obliges you to reject this American demand, which looks down upon you with disdain and contempt. America has no high values so as to lecture you on who you should support and who you should fight. You are the people who have a divine Message. You are the ones who carry the Guidance and Light to mankind.

Allah (subhana wa ta ala) has described you with His words (to the nearest meaning:

``You are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin the Good (ma`roof) and forbid the Evil (munkar), and you believe in Allah...`` [TMQ 3:110]

The rules of this Message forbids any aggression against civilian non-combatants. They forbid killing of children, the elderly and non-combatant women even in the battlefield. They forbid the hijacking of civilian aeroplanes carrying innocent civilians and forbid the destruction of homes and offices which contain innocent civilians. All of these actions are types of aggression which Islam forbids and Muslims should not undertake such actions. As for Jihad to fight the enemy who commits aggression against Muslims, usurps their land, plunders their resources and attempts to control them; not only is this a legitimate matter but it is an obligation (fard). It is not allowed to give America fixed bases. It is not allowed to co-ordinate or cooperate with her in any military issue. It is not allowed to enter her alliance or seek her friendship because America is an enemy to Islam and the Muslims.

``O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies as friends, showing affection towards them, while they have disbelieved in what has come to you of the truth.``[TMQ 60:1]

How can America demand that the Muslims join their ranks while their president announces without shame that he will wage a crusade on all Muslims who do not bow before America, and not only on Bin Ladin and Afghanistan. This is humiliation, servitude and absolute control of the future of the peoples. Indeed, this haughtiness and arrogance is what gave rise to the hatred for America in the hearts of people and made them sacrifice their lives in order to harm America and seek revenge on her. America is reaping what she has sown.

``The believers to one another are like one solid structure where one part strengthens another.``

``The similitude of the believers in their mutual love, compassion and sympathy is like that of a body: when one part hurts then the rest of the body calls out in sleeplessness and fever.``

``The blood of the Muslims is one. The nearest as well as the furthest of them gives pledge of protection (to anyone) in their name. And they are one hand against the rest.``

The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu Alaihi Was sallam) wrote the constitution of Madinah shortly after the Hijrah which describes the state of the Muslims:

``They are one Ummah to the exclusion of other people...the believers are helpers to each other to the exclusion of other people...the peace of the believers is one, a believer does not make peace excluding another believer in (the process of) fighting in the path of Allah.``

There we see America mobilising her garbage, setting up her alliance, making her preparations, and issuing her ultimatum to Afghanistan wishing unjustly and aggressively to humiliate her. She threatens all the Muslim lands and warns that her war will continue for many years. Your rulers, O Muslims, are agents and cowards who have neglected their Deen, lost their dignity and began to behave like slaves before the haughty America. There is no hope left in them. So will you allow these rulers to enter the American alliance and take you with them, to kill your Muslim brothers? Will you leave your rulers to permit America to use your airports, seaports, land and airspace so as to take off for the occupation of a Muslim land? Do you allow them to turn your army into slaves used by America to kill your believing brothers? By Allah, the action of those rulers is indeed an abominable crime which is one of the biggest crimes. It is by Allah a great shame and great sin upon you if you allow them to execute for America whatever she wishes. The immediate and rapid action, which you are obliged to do, is to prevent the rulers from opening the doors to America and forcing them to expel America from the Muslim lands.

As for the radical work which will solve the problems of the Islamic Ummah, it is the establishment of the righteous Khilafah which will unite the Islamic lands and peoples in one state and convey the Message of Islam to the rest of the world.

``And hold fast, all of you together, to the rope of Allah, and do not be divided.``[TMQ 3:103]

So if you, O Muslims, were one Ummah under the banner of one Khaleefah, holding onto the Book of Allah and Sunnah of His Messenger (sallallahu Alaihi Was sallam), would then America or any other kufr states have ambitions over you? Would they have the courage to do anything against you or enslave your rulers without taking any account of you? By Allah, no! So rise up towards the radical work which will save your Ummah and the whole world.

How can America demand that the Muslims join their ranks while their president announces without shame that he will wage a crusade on all Muslims who do not bow before America, and not only on Bin Ladin and Afghanistan. This is humiliation, servitude and absolute control of the future of the peoples. Indeed, this haughtiness and arrogance is what gave rise to the hatred for America in the hearts of people and made them sacrifice their lives in order to harm America and seek revenge on her. America is reaping what she has sown.

O Muslims! You are one Ummah. He (subhana wa ta ala) said (to the nearest meaning):

``The believers are nothing else than brothers``[TMQ 49:10]

The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu Alaihi Was sallam) said (to the nearest meaning):

``The Muslim is the brother of another Muslim, he does not do injustice to him nor desert him.``

And he (sallallahu Alaihi Was sallam) said (to the nearest meaning):

``The Muslim is the brother of another Muslim, he does not oppress him, forsake him nor hate him.``

He (subhana wa ta ala) said (to the nearest meaning):

``The believers to one another are like one solid structure where one part strengthens another.``

And he (sallallahu Alaihi Was sallam) said (to the nearest meaning):

``The similitude of the believers in their mutual love, compassion and sympathy is like that of a body: when one part hurts then the rest of the body calls out in sleeplessness and fever.``

And he (sallallahu Alaihi Was sallam) said (to the nearest meaning):

``The blood of the Muslims is one. The nearest as well as the furthest of them gives pledge of protection (to anyone) in their name. And they are one hand against the rest.``

The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu Alaihi Was sallam) wrote the constitution of Madinah shortly after the Hijrah which describes the state of the Muslims:

``They are one Ummah to the exclusion of other people...the believers are helpers to each other to the exclusion of other people...the peace of the believers is one, a believer does not make peace excluding another believer in (the process of) fighting in the path of Allah.``

There we see America mobilising her garbage, setting up her alliance, making her preparations, and issuing her ultimatum to Afghanistan wishing unjustly and aggressively to humiliate her. She threatens all the Muslim lands and warns that her war will continue for many years. Your rulers, O Muslims, are agents and cowards who have neglected their Deen, lost their dignity and began to behave like slaves before the haughty America. There is no hope left in them. So will you allow these rulers to enter the American alliance and take you with them, to kill your Muslim brothers? Will you leave your rulers to permit America to use your airports, seaports, land and airspace so as to take off for the occupation of a Muslim land? Do you allow them to turn your army into slaves used by America to kill your believing brothers? By Allah, the action of those rulers is indeed an abominable crime which is one of the biggest crimes. It is by Allah a great shame and great sin upon you if you allow them to execute for America whatever she wishes. The immediate and rapid action, which you are obliged to do, is to prevent the rulers from opening the doors to America and forcing them to expel America from the Muslim lands.

As for the radical work which will solve the problems of the Islamic Ummah, it is the establishment of the righteous Khilafah which will unite the Islamic lands and peoples in one state and convey the Message of Islam to the rest of the world.

He (subhana wa ta ala) said (to the nearest meaning):

``And hold fast, all of you together, to the rope of Allah, and do not be divided.``[TMQ 3:103]

So if you, O Muslims, were one Ummah under the banner of one Khaleefah, holding onto the Book of Allah and Sunnah of His Messenger (sallallahu Alaihi Was sallam), would then America or any other kufr states have ambitions over you? Would they have the courage to do anything against you or enslave your rulers without taking any account of you? By Allah, no! So rise up towards the radical work which will save your Ummah and the whole world.

``Allah is with you, and will never decrease the reward of your good deeds.``[TMQ 47:35]

it was to make islam the reference point in life.

to enjoin the maruf (good righteous actions of islam) and forbid the munkar (evil haram actions)

hence Mohhaed saws sought authority from the people of influce and power, firstly in mecca then other terriotries so that he would have the power and authority to enjoin the maruf and forbid the munkar.

hence you will find he took bayah (allegiance) from the leaders yathrib (madina) twice. firstly they embraced islam, then they gave the bayah tul harb ( ei the the allegaince of war/fighting/power).

when Mohhaed saws entered madina he established the islamic state

only through having obtained authority was islam comprehensivelly implemented and applied.

such power and authority is highly recognised in islam as a neccisity and sincere ulama akhowledge it being a vital issue for the muslims and a fard.

Allah has promised to those among you who believe and work righteous deeds, that of a certainty, He will cause them to accede to power on earth, as He granted it to those before them, that He will establish in authority their Deen which He has chosen for them, and that He will change (their state) after the fear in which they lived, to one of security and peace: They will worship Me (alone) and not ascribe powers to any beside Me.’[24:55]

or of other organisations in society, who whilst arguably do some good, do not enjoin the comprehesive good and forbid the evil in society. such roles of regulating society are done by a state, which has comprehesive authority over a land. and Mohhaed saws established such a state. and classified such a form of state the khilafah, as the method that muslims should be regulated in, maruf to be enjoined and munkar (evil0 to be prohibited,

Abu Hazim narrated that he accompanied Abu Hurairah for five years and heard him narrate about the Prophet saying: ``The Prophets ruled over the children of Israel, whenever a prophet died another prophet succeeded him, but there will be no prophet after me. There will be Khulafa`a and they will number many. They asked: What then do you order us?. He said: Fulfill the bay`ah to them one after the other and give them their due. Surely Allah will ask them about what He entrusted them with.``

An Invitation from Hizb ut-Tahrir to the Muslims of Pakistan to Re-establish the Khilafah







May the peace and blessings of Allah (swt) be upon the final Messenger Muhammad (saw), upon his family, upon his Sahabah (companions), and upon all those who carried his da’wa, who adopted his method and followed his path.

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu!

Allah (swt) states in his Noble Book:

``You are the best nation ever raised up for mankind, you enjoin the good and forbid the evil, and you believe in Allah.`` [TMQ Ale-Imran: 110]

And He (swt) states:

``Thus we have made you a just nation, that you be witnesses over mankind and the Messenger be a witness over you.``[TMQ Al-Baqarah: 143]

And He (swt) states:

``And we have not sent you [O Muhammad (saw)] except as a giver of glad tidings and a warner to all mankind`` [TMQ As-Saba: 28]

Allah (swt) sent His Messenger (saw) with the message of Islam to convey it to the whole of mankind. He (saw) indeed conveyed the message in the way it deserved to be conveyed. After him (saw), this responsibility was taken up by the Sahaba (ra), the Tabi’een, the Tabi Tabi’een, and the generations of Muslims who followed. Thus, both the Muslims and the Ahlel Dhimmah (people of the covenant) enjoyed peace and tranquillity under the shade of Islamic rule. Despite the tragic and bitter events of the Mongol invasions and the Crusader wars, the Ummah never neglected the responsibility of the da’wa and continued to struggle in carrying the da’wa forward. However, this Ummah indeed stepped back from the obligation of carrying the da’wa when the British Kuffar along with the help of some Jews succeeded in destroying the Khilafah and wiping out its existence after the First World War in 1924.

After the fall of the Khilafah, the Ummah met catastrophe after catastrophe, so she became separated into nations and groups. Thus, the Muslims despite possessing one Aqeedah, became divided based upon nation, country, group and differences of opinion over the furu’ (branches). After the Kuffar managed to disunite the Ummah and became dominant over it, they clasped her in the grip of capitalism; militarily, economically, politically and culturally. They then implemented the systems of kufr and introduced into the belief of the Muslims the idea of the separation of the Deen from this life. On top of this, the Kafir Christians, Jews and Hindus launched an onslaught against the Ummah. Were it not for the deep-rooted foundations of this Ummah, it would have submitted to the attack of the Kuffar and their agents and, like previous nations, would have been consigned to history.

In this situation, and in response to the command of Allah (swt), Hizb ut-Tahrir came into being:

``Let there arise out of you a group inviting to all that is good, enjoining al-Marouf and forbidding al-Munkar, and it is they who are successful.`` [TMQ Ale-Imran: 104]

Thus Hizb ut-Tahrir began its work to liberate the Ummah from the clutches of the Kuffar.

O Muslims! Know with certainty! Hizb ut-Tahrir is not just another group like all the other groups present in Pakistan or the Muslim World. The groups, parties and movements in the Muslim World can never be a substitute for Hizb ut-Tahrir, since they do not adopt Islam as a complete idea (fikra) and method (tariqa) and since they do not give priority to the life and death issue of this Ummah. Indeed they are negligent of the life and death issue. Of a surety, the life and death issue of the Muslim Ummah is the complete implementation of the Deen of Islam and the propagation of its message to the world. That is, the vital issue is the establishment of the Khilafah Rashida, the complete implementation of the Shariah, and the conveyance of the message of Islam to the whole of mankind. Only following this course can the Ummah reach its deserved status that was revealed by Allah (swt) in the Ayah:

``You are the best nation ever raised up for mankind, you enjoin the good and forbid the evil, and you believe in Allah.`` [TMQ Ale-Imran: 110]

Without doubt, it is an obligation (fard) upon the Muslims to carry the da’wa for Islam, and similarly it is an obligation (fard) upon the Muslims to work to establish the Khilafah. In fact, this is the most important obligation (fard), for it is the Khilafah that is the only method for implementing the entirety of the laws of Islam. It is in the presence of the Khilafah that the laws of Islam are implemented and it is in its absence that they are suspended.

Individual action alone is not enough to establish the Khilafah. The undertaking of this obligation revolves around working with a group that has the ability to bear the burden of this responsibility. There are two reasons why it is an obligation upon a Muslim to work with a group (that is, a party) in order to perform his responsibility of da’wa. The first is the statement of Allah (swt):

``Let there arise out of you a group inviting to all that is good, enjoining al-Marouf and forbidding al-Munkar, and it is they who are successful`` [TMQ Ale-Imran: 104]

The second is the Shariah principle, ``That which is necessary to achieve an obligation is in itself an obligation``.

The above Ayah makes it an obligation upon the Muslims that they establish an Ummah, that is, a group, which has one Amir, which calls to Islam, enjoins what is right and forbids what is evil. And it is the rulers who are most needy to be commanded with what is good and forbidden from what is evil. . Therefore, the ``Ummah`` which Allah (swt) commands us to establish is indeed a political group; that is, a political party. The above stated Shariah principle is also clear, in that Allah (swt) has declared it haram for the Muslims to rule according to the systems of kufr, and has made ruling according to the Shariah an obligation (fard). Allah (swt) states:

``And whosoever does not judge according to whatever Allah has revealed, such are the disbelievers`` [TMQ Al-Maida: 44]

He (swt) goes on to say:

``And so judge between them by that which Allah has revealed`` [TMQ Al-Maida: 49]

As the present rulers do not judge according to what Allah (swt) revealed, but rather judge according to the system of kufr, and indeed make excuses in order not to rule by what Allah (swt) revealed, it is an obligation (fard) to remove them and take away the ruling from them. Since the power of the Fasiq or Kafir rulers cannot be taken from them by an individual, it is therefore necessary that a political party exists that possesses the capability to carry out this task.

This is the reason why Islam has obliged every Muslim, man or woman, to work to re-establish the Khilafah and to engage in this work with a group who undertakes this task following the method of the Messenger of Allah (saw). It is not sufficient to just join any group, but rather it is an obligation that a Muslim investigates and seeks out that group which restricts itself solely to the Islamic rules and has the best understanding of the Shariah. It is also not acceptable that a Muslim should look for the group that is easiest to work with. Therefore, a Muslim fulfils his responsibility only when he joins a group (party) who he understands to be the closest to the truth in this matter and which will lead to the attainment of the pleasure of Allah (swt) and his Messenger (saw).

The Ulema, upon whom is the obligation to carry the message of Islam and to raise the word of Allah (swt) to the highest, should prove that they are indeed the inheritors of the Prophets (as)! It is disappointing to see some of them content to live under the shade of the corrupt rulers and their systems of kufr, while many of them remain silent when witnessing such a situation. We wish to draw their attention to the clear reality: that the people of this nation are Muslims and that they desire a government ruling only by the book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of his Messenger (saw). Despite this we see that the minority (who are equivalent to salt in flour) secularists who raise the slogan of separating the Deen of Allah (swt) from the State, are dominant at every level of the government. Why is it that the Ulema have accepted this? Why have the Islamic movements accepted this? And why are the sincere Muslims content with this?

O Muslims! Hizb ut-Tahrir is the only group that works for the whole of this Muslim Ummah and does not restrict itself to any particular area or group of Muslims. This is in order that it may establish the Khilafah in a suitable Muslim country or a number of Muslim countries together, and then spread it to encompass the whole Muslim World. Pakistan from the military point of view, being situated in a region possessing in abundance both natural resources and human resources, holds the ability to become such a point of initiation, which would reunite the Muslims as one nation and convey the message of Islam to the whole world.

We invite the Muslims of Pakistan to liberate this region and the other Muslim lands from the governance of kufr rule and partake in their role to return Islam back to the affairs of life. We also invite the Muslims of Pakistan to support the Members of Hizb ut-Tahrir present in the whole Muslim Ummah, who are indeed their brothers, in order that Hizb ut-Tahrir may guide the Muslim Ummah in the noble duty of re-establishing the Islamic Khilafah.

We specifically invite the people of influence and authority from amongst the Muslims of Pakistan to join Hizb ut-Tahrir and with full commitment utilise the authority and power that Allah (swt) has provided them with to re-establish the Khilafah.

``O you who believe! Answer the call of Allah and His Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life`` [TMQ Al-Anfal: 24]

Interest is Halal? the hadith are reports of the sunah of Mohhamed saws. they can bein both written and oral form.

some of these reports can be proven as 100% definative (muttawatir hadith) and any denial of them renders a person as kaffir. as it would in effect be a denial of the sunah (as written /orally trasmitted to us via such hadith) of Mohammed saws.

many hadith in the early days of islam were transmitted orally, similarly to how the quran was transmitted, by muslims becoming hafiz ul quran, or of various ayah`s surah of quran.

In terms of the evidences of writing hadith and in written form recording the sunah of Mohhaed saws it is known from many narrations taht the

Prophet (saw) only prohibited this i.e. writing hadeeth in order to distinguish

it form the Quran and later he permitted and even recomended teh Sahabah to

write narrations and in fact they did actually do this as did the Sahabah and

also the tabi`een. However the the instruction to write them came from Umar ibn

Abdul Aziz (ra) as their a danger of losing the sunnah and therefore this needed

to be preserved in a written form.

The full text of the narration that Prohobited writing is clear upon the reason

and also on the authority and obligation of accepting the Sunnah and is actually

Mutawatir as it is narrated by Seventy two Sahabah (ra). The narration is as

follows:

Laa taktabu anni, wa man kataba anni GHAIR AL QURAN falyamhihu, HADDATHU ANNI wa

laa haraj, man kazaba alayi muta`ammidaa falyatba`oo miqadan min annar

Do not write what you hear from me OTHER THAN THE QURAN what has been written

should be rubbed off NARRATE FROM ME there is no harm, whoever lied about me

deliberately then let him take his seat in the hellfire. Sahih Muslim Volume 2

page 414.

i) So it is clear that the prohibition was in order to not mix the text with the

Quranic script initially. An many other texts illustrate the permissablity of

writing the ahadeeth of the Messenger (saw).

ii) He (saw) ordered them to narrate the saying clearly establishing the

obligation of accepting the narrations from teh Propthet (saw) i.e. the Sunnah

Anas (ra) narrates that the Prophet (saw) said: ``Qaiyudoo al Ilm bil

Kitab``/``Preserve knowledge through writing!`` This was narrated and accepted by

the famous hadeeth scholar Ibn Abdul Barr (rahimuhullah) in his well known work

al Jamiy ul bayan ul ilm volume 1 page 72.

Abdullah ibn amr ibn al as (ra) narrates that the Prophet (saw) said ``Qaiyudul

Ilm``/``Preserve knowledge`` and he asked how should it be preserved? he (saw)

responded ``kitabatuha``)/ ``By writing!`` Narrated by Imam al Hakim an Naysaburi

(ra) in his Mustadrak Volume 1 page 105 and classified it as Sahih.

One of the Ansar complained that he would hear a Hadeeth but would not be able

to remember it and so the Prophet (saw) advised him saying: ``Asta`in be

yameenika``/``Seek help from your write hand`` and pointed to some writing as

narrated by Imam Tirmidhi in his Al Jami Volume 20 page 107/.

This is a clear directive commanding them to write i.e. it was mandoub as it

aidied them remebering and practising the Deen but Mubah generally.

Another famous Sahabi Rafi`i ibnu Khadij (ra) narrates ``I said to the Prophet

(saw) we hear many things from you, should we write them down?`` He (saw)

responded ``Aktubu wa la haraj``/``Write! There is no harm``. Narrated by IMAM

suyuti in his Tadreb ar Rawi page number 276.

Salma one of the tabi`een and students of Ibnu Abbas (ra) stated that he saw a

board upon which Ibn Abbas (ra) had written on actions of the prophet (saw) on

the authority of Abu Rafi`i (ra). Ibn Sa`d mentions this in his Tabaqaat Volume

2 page 371.

this is an intrensic form of revelation and the sunah of Mohammed saws is an elaboration of the message of the quran

indeed the mannerisms and format of how we even pray namaz is laid down in sunah, and conveyed to us today via written hadith

ie. how we recite fatiha first , then perform ruku then sajood, .etc...

as mentioned above Mohhmaed saws intiially prhibited the writing down of haidth, then latter abrogated this rule, and allowed it.

The Meaning of Pakistan

The US plan for the preservation of kufr in Pakistan

The present government has embarked upon a series of political initiatives, which it characterises as reforms, some of which are devolution, widening of the electoral base, restructuring of the judiciary and the police force, and also what it has termed the accountability of defaulters and the prevention of corrupt politicians from electioneering. These measures have been undertaken with a view to return the country to civilian government through the implementation of Capitalist Democracy, a system that places authority for devising the laws of the entire society in the hands of a small assembly of legislators. In so doing, the government has clearly signalled its intention of preserving the law of kufr, instead of uprooting this and returning to the law of Allah.

Ever since so-called independence, Pakistan has remained a subordinate state of the kafir colonialist powers first Britain and then America. Both these countries have, in fact, competed with one another to control the destiny of the country through various means: cultural, economic, military and political. But despite the clash in their interests, both Britain and the US are equally concerned to ensure the continued implementation of the Western Capitalist system and to keep Pakistan from turning to Islam. In the early years, it was easy for Britain to maintain control of Pakistan`s affairs by exploiting the political, bureaucratic and military apparatus that it had painstakingly constructed during its lengthy colonial presence in combined India. However, British influence declined as America supplanted it in world affairs and succeeded in drawing Pakistan within its sphere of influence. Pakistan became a subordinate state to the US and has remained so for over four decades, thereby rendering great service to American regional and global interests. Nevertheless, US hold over Pakistan has remained uneasy and America has been repeatedly obliged to deviate from the Capitalist democratic model, instead inviting military rule in order to retain control of Pakistan`s affairs. The reason for this unending turmoil in Pakistan`s internal affairs is the original plan adopted by America to seize control of Pakistan`s affairs. Instead of converting the old British elements to its cause, America ignored them and created new elements loyal to it, thereby opening the way for conflict between these new elements and the old elements that had been patronised by the British. So Pakistan`s institutions and political medium remain in eternal conflict as differing factions fight for control over Pakistan`s affairs. Therefore, the government`s current initiatives of devolution, accountability, and depoliticisation of state institutions, first announced by General Pervaz Musharraf in his televised address of 17 October 1999, are in reality a continuation of the struggle of these differing factions and an attempt by America to pave the way for stable civilian government. Sometimes the US arranges for replacing one of her agents by another when the first has been exhausted The struggle in Pakistani politics over the decades has not been a struggle between Islam and kufr, but has been a struggle between various agents of the kuffar, competing to achieve total control over the implementation of kufr in the country.

Unfortunately, what is witnessed in Pakistan, where politicians compete for their own interests only, is common to all Capitalist countries: in all these countries politics is known as a dirty business, especially in America, the leader of Capitalist countries, the Clinton era being particularly notorious for its political scandals. This corruption in politics is not because of the politicians alone but because of the nature of the Western Capitalist ideology itself, which throws man into a race to satisfy his material interests, a race that causes man to clash with man and country to clash with country. Western Capitalism does call for many high ideals such as Freedom and Democracy, but these ideals are in reality impractical and false and consequently they are manipulated by the practitioners of Capitalism only to serve their own ends. The reality of democracy, for example, is that Western Capitalism authorises a select assembly of men to decide laws for everyone else in the name of Sovereignty for Man. But there is no logical reason why these few hundred legislators will remain loyal to the millions who elected them. In fact, such an assembly is easily tempted or threatened to serve those other than the people because the members of these assemblies are only motivated for their own material interests. Consequently, small but powerful interest groups such as the multinationals, the homosexuals and the Jews are able to manipulate the entire system to their advantage through securing the loyalties of individual politicians. This is similar to what happens at the international level, where countries such as America and Britain manipulate the entire world to their advantage through both their open control of institutions such as the UN and the IMF and also their hidden control of agents and institutions in other countries.

It is the nature of kufr that it will only bring misery to mankind, because kufr does not agree with human nature (fitra). Only Islam is both convincing to the mind and also in complete agreement with human nature, thereby bringing tranquillity to the heart. This is because Islam is designed by the Creator of man, Who knows man better than man knows himself. So how can the men who designed kufr ideologies seek to compete with Allah? In Islam, laws are taken from the divine sources, the Quran and the Sunnah of the Messenger (saw.) and what is indicated by them, the Ijma of Sahaba and the Qiyaas. These laws are fixed and not subject to manipulation by men. Islam obliges the Khaleefah to implement Islam and not to follow his own desires. And Islam obliges Muslims to account the Khaleefah according to Islam and not according to their own desires. And Islam motivates all Muslims to place worship of Allah above material interests, so that there is no opposition from their nafsiyya (disposition) to the implementation of the Islamic system. Therefore it is haram for Muslims to allow a few from amongst them to devise the laws for everyone else according to their own desires. And it is haram to support the election of those who will devise such laws. Allah says in Surah al-Nisa



(But no, by the Lord, they can have no (real) Faith, until they make thee judge in all disputes between them, and find in their souls no resistance against Thy decisions, but accept them with the fullest conviction. )Allah (swt) says in Surah al-ahzab,

It is not for the believer (male or female) that when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter that they should have any choice in their matter)

As long as the Western Capitalist system continues to be implemented in Muslim lands, the door remains open for the kuffar to maintain control over our affairs. And as long as the kuffar retain control of world affairs, man will be in misery everywhere. Over the last five decades, the Muslim dream of Pakistan has turned from hope to disillusionment as the Muslims of Pakistan witness the cheap struggles between their politicians. The Muslims long for a new leadership that will be sincere to the Ummah and to the deen, but the reality is that these politicians have only been loyal to their own interests, and it is this that has exposed them to be controlled by kufr colonial powers. yes we should shed tears for the muslims of kuwait.

Who prior to european colonialism, where ruled by the beauty of islam, then after the colonialists left, ruled by their prodigy and colonially apointed monarks of the al sabba royal family.

Interesting how america claiming to be the bastion of freedom, and liberation of kuwait, didn’t liberate the kuwaities from one self apointed dictator (Aka saddam hussein) , but rather re Imposed the sovereignt monarky of the dictatorial sabah family back in power. Who prior to the gulf war promised usa a 3 billion dollor military budget.

It is high times we see through these games played by the imperilists, through their covert colonialists endevours, and liberate these lands truly through the re establishment and implementation of the islamic khilafah, which history testifies had brough peace to the region for over a millenia.

Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Raheem

Indeed, the greatest affliction suffered by the Ummah, after the demise of the Khilafah, is her rulers. They are the ones standing as an obstruction between her and her deliverance from the humiliation in which she lives. They are the puppets planted by the Kaafir to keep vigilant guard over his interests. They are the true protectors of the Jewish entity. They are the executioners employed by the Kaafir to prevent the Ummah from returning to live on the basis of the Sharia rules under the shade of the Khilafah. Thus, the Muslim rulers are continuing day and night to foil any movement, by which the Ummah desires to rid herself from the humiliation, and free herself from the Kufr, and to return to Jihaad. They feel no shame for their hypocrisy towards the Ummah and nor do they have any hesitation in disgracing her, so as to carry out in the best manner possible, what their master, the disbelieving colonialist has entrusted them with. No sooner did the Ummah move and her Islamic emotions were shaken and she displayed her deep-rooted Islamic concepts, and began to show her readiness for Jihaad and she declared the obligation to be rid of her rulers. No sooner did she do that, then the rulers started to contact their masters, and they made arrangements to control this movement of the Ummah. Therefore, they held conspiratorial conferences in Sharm ash-Shaykh and Cairo. Amongst themselves they exchanged roles to achieve the common goal, which is to conspire against the Ummah, trying to thwart her blessed movement. Thus, the ruler of Egypt - which is the most influential state in the Islamic world - considers Jihaad to be madness and the ruler of Iraq is calling for Jihaad but the blood of the Muslims on his hand, since he came to power, has not dried yet. The ruler of Jordan, which shares the longest geographical borders with Palestine, considers cutting relations with the Jews and abolishing the peace process as defeat. As for the ruler of Yemen he was the first one to rush towards calling for war but as soon as the American destroyer in the Port of Aden was bombed he appeared like a frightened slave who did not know how to regain the affections of his master. The petro-rulers in Kuwait, the Gulf and in other places consider cutting the oil supply to Kuffaar as incitement of the industrial world against the Muslims and damaging to the world economy. The rulers of Saudi Arabia have stated this more than once.

As for the position of the rulers of Kuwait it was expressed by the foreign minister on his way to the summit, as Kuwait`s representative. He said: ‘I believe that it is not in the interests of the Arab world to cut off the petrol supplies now, because we will go more hungry than others.’ Why did he not consider hunger when the rulers of Kuwait financed, with billions of dollars, the war between Muslims in Iraq and Iran? And why did he not consider hunger when they agreed to lower the price of oil, realising the interest of the American consumer? And why does he not consider hunger while our assets in America and Britain are subject to confiscation, nationalisation or freezing at any instant? These contradictory positions which revolve according to the interest of the Kaafir, whether it is the American or British, are the best evidence to show the extent of the submission of those rulers to the orders of the disbeliever. Allah (swt) spoke the truth when He said:

‘O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Awliyaa (friends, protectors, helpers), they are but Awliyaa to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Awliyaa, then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zaalimun (wrongdoers). And you see those in whose hearts there is a disease (of hypocrisy), they hurry to their friendship, saying: “we fear lest some misfortune of a disaster may befall us.” Perhaps Allah may bring a victory or a decision according to His Will. Then they will become regretful for what they have been keeping as a secret in themselves.’ [5:51-52]

The petro-rulers, who include the rulers of Kuwait, were not content just to take the position of onlookers at the killing and spilling of Muslim blood, and defiling of its sanctities at the hands of the Jews, nor to be silent over America`s support of the Jews, and not stop the supply of oil to the Kuffaar. Rather, by the mere talk by the media of using oil as weapon against those showing support to the Jews, at the head of which is America, they ran to make statements pacifying the markets of the disbelieving states. They feared that their silence with regards to cutting off oil supplies to the markets of America, Britain and other kufr states would cause world economic collapse. This position is described by our rulers as being reasonable! In reality it only indicates disgrace, weakness and subservience to the Kaafir. This is because in contrast to these humiliating positions from our rulers we find Kuffaar passing unjust laws to impose economic sanctions on Muslim peoples and causing the spread of hunger in Sudan, Libya, Iraq, Iran and other countries, and treating them with ruthlessness.

O Muslims!

Indeed, what the Muslims rulers do not have, is the courage to act, because of their betrayal of the Ummah and subservience to Kuffaar, the righteous Khaleefah will not hesitate for a moment from acting. This is because he will be elected by the Ummah, his presence depends on her and his power, is derived from Allah and from her (the Ummah). This is because he is pledged by the Ummah to work according to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw).

The righteous Khilafah will be established in the Ummah when the Ummah helps Allah i.e. His Deen and works with earnest to make the Sharia the judge. He (swt) said:

‘O you who believe! If you help (in the cause of) Allah, He will help you, and make your foothold firm.’[47:7]

We pray to Allah (swt) that this blessed movement, in the Ummah`s rejection of her bad situation and her treacherous rulers may be a prelude to realising the victory, which Allah (swt) promised to the believers in His saying:

‘As for the believers it was incumbent upon Us to help (them).’[30:47]

O Muslims!:

Just now you have displayed your awareness of the treachery of your rulers and your comprehension of the radical solution to the Jewish entity, which is but Jihaad. You have shown that there is no rescue for you from this humiliation, unless you free yourselves from your puppet rulers. Thus, it is obligatory on you now, to incite the people of honour, sincerity and Imaan from the people of power to remove any one of the Muslim rulers and establish the righteous Khilafah, which Allah has ordered you to establish. This is possible to achieve now directly. This is the only thing, which will take you out of this situation. He (saw) said: ‘The Imaam is a shield behind which the Muslims fight and seek protection.’ So that the Ummah may embark through Jihaad to uproot the Jewish entity from Palestine and remove the remaining Muslim rulers and unite the Ummah under the banner of one Khaleefah, to remove from her the humiliation and disgrace, and let her enjoy the honour and dignity, and live under the mercy of the Sharia rules.

He (swt) said:

‘Or think you that you will enter Paradise without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you? They were afflicted with severe poverty and ailments and were so shaken that even the Messenger and those who believed along him said, “When (will come) the Help of Allah?” Yes! Certainly, the Help of Allah is near!’[2:214]
