The Quest for Power Mushahid Sahab.

Whether power is checked or unchecked it really doesnt make a difference.Nawaz Sharif`s power was checked yet what good came out of it?None...he just built a few industries!!!thats what he did...he tried to divert everyones attention by creating new schemes for the poor.His corruption outweighs whatever ``good`` (if there was any) he did for Pakistan and Pakistanis.I heard recently that he used to buy 3 corore worth mineral water from France for his personal use....he lowered the price of custom/excise duties just because his son had bought a new BMW from a foreign country which was being transported to Pakistan...so you tell me now, does it matter if the power is checked or unchecked.?I dont think so.Nawaz Sharif was accountable to the government to the pakistanis...but he didnt care.The love for power was so much that he thought of himself as invincible.Same was the case with Benazir Bhutto.That is why i think you are very wrong.

Secondly,i would like to ask you something.What did the other political parties did for Pakistan except bankrupt it?Nawaz Sharif and Benazir Bhutto milked themselves with money ... bankrupted the country,they didnt make any changes...they didnt do any good ,they`ve also gone back on their words and promises..then how can you criticize Musharraf?

I think we are better off with the military regime.Do you know how much money our TWO major political parties made by corrupting Pakistan????If their wealth is added we would be able to pay off our debt!!!!And start our own industries etc...
