Love and Hate Online

Dear Zeejah,

Thanks for sharing. Its true sometime you gain more than what you deserve and sometime you loose all what you got. Isn`t this a strange thing? I don`t want to believe in hate on the net but its possible since I saw it myself so close that I was not aware of it myself. My own half was in love and I was not aware of being hated at the same time. My own kainaat was slipping away and I didn`t know. My suraj was setting but no hope for chand nor sitara`s. Anyway, I hope it bring happiness and joy to everyone. Again, very kind of you to make them aware of all the possiblities. All the best in every walk of life and hope to see you around with more articles.Take care

Pakistan, India and the Spirit of Chowk
Posted by musafir Jul 16, 2000 12:56 am
Dear Rehan,

Well done dear. You know this article was due for a long time not only here but in every

newspaper of this planet.Your observations were keen and right on dot. You know I note them too but I let them go cause its their habit now and they can`t help it cause its in their blood to hate Pakistanis and I don`t have time to waste on changing them or arguing them. I wish if we folks from both countries can learn how to respect each other. I do not dislike Indians regardless of me being a proud Pakistani. And you know why, cause I was brought by open minded parents, under the light of our great religon, understanding of humanity and never to be predujice against anyone.

I hope you will recieve some positive

reponses from Indians and Pakistanis. I wish you all the best and all out there who love humans regardless of color, race, religon and origin. I am only a citizen of this planet earth. No country to present but my planet earth. I can`t belong to just one country. Every little piece of me exist in every individual and that`s why I love all. I see myself in you , and you and you and so on. Why not love everyone against the human nature. This nature was not there until we created it and became a part it.So we are the one who can change everything and bring a positive change and attitude among eachother and for the future. Before I go and I would love to share something which is written by Chris Rea and I love it and it has changed my life,

Nothing To Fear

I feel your heat in dusty whispers,

The wind is cold around your moon

Its getting hard to keep our distance

I know your time is coming soon

Don`t point your dream on my horizon

Don`t take your rose too far from home

Please don`t forget we`re not eachother

Each soul has black thorn of his own

I see you dancing, your song is clear

You got to show me, got to show me

There is nothing to fear, nothing to fear

I have my loved ones and you`ve yours

So lets us gaze upon the feast

In Gods own name ,lets eat together

In Gods own name, please come in peace

See how our children play together

While you and me, we stand alone

I know we`ll never be eachother

If I leave you, you leave me alone

I see you dancing, your song is clear

You got to show me, got to show me

There is nothing to fear, nothing to fear

I hope that we all drop this hate and become civilized humans rather than dividing eachother. Its not a perfect world

and its not a reality these days but it has never been impossible so lets for the sake of our believes and the future bring this change in ourselves first and then all around the world. Life is short so lets spend it wisely and happily and share it.Thank you and it was very kind of you to attempt to bring us together. All the best

and keep up the good work.Don`t give up !

Cheerio bye!

Waterfalls
Posted by musafir Jul 5, 2000 12:22 am
Dear Ten(Tom)& Preety,

First of all , it was very kind for both of that, you shared your experinece with us the Chowkwalas. After reading your letters , I can feel the chill going through my bones and wonder why this happens to good people.

Tommy(If I may call you) that you defined your life in a simple words but yet still complicated. As you said, ``I want you to know that our friendship is dear to me and I hope that you find heart to forgive a confused soul who does not know what is good for him.``Well, I can only wish you all the best that you do find yourself and your needs and your loved ones who are standing there with their open arms to hold you and accept you.And there was a person, who came out of the blue with her open arms and dreams which you missed by finding yourself sailing on a different boat which was heading in a same direction though but was not going to arrive at the destination at the right time unless you had to changed your course or speed ,so you could`ve been there before her boat arrived at the port. And she could have had your arms, smile, dreams, and most of all finding eachother complete. My advise to you would be my dear please don`t let this happen again cause you never know if you are going to get a second chance or find a person like her again. But keep the high hopes alive and prepare yourself for the best which is yet to happen!

Preety,First of all I wish you all the best that you do get a corvette and the condo. And, most of all the love that you deserve. From your letter I can see that you are an open minded person with lot of dreams. But as you know we are not perfect including Tommy. It makes me wonder that you both were sincere to eachother and needed someone to hold like we all of us.

Your comment,``We were just two ships passing in the night, briefly interlocking oars, but eventually sailing on to our respective ports of call. Our brief interlude together seems so surreal now, almost unreal. Did it really happen, or was it just a dream`` it was real as much you both are. I appreciate your feelings and values that you still believe in and I hope that you do save yourself for the love of your life your husband! Its not that tommy couldn`t handle ABCD but he just happened to be the right person at the wrong time. You please don`t haze your positive thinking by saying that,``gaon ki chori``

is what Tommy needed.

Thank you again my dear friends for sharing and I hope I haven`t offended anyone.

Cheerio bye!

Dear Almira,

You have expressed your fear in a very beautiful, postive manner.I `m glad that you are out of it after going through all those horrible procedures and nightmares. And, you are right that the way we look dictates our attitude towards life and happiness.(by the way looks could kill). One should do his/her best to be always positive and confident.

Thank you for sharing your personal

experience. Keep it up and hope to read more articles by you.

Cheerio bye!

Accusations against Pakistani-ness
Posted by musafir Jun 17, 2000 04:51 am
Good observation.I think we all have to learn more from eachother then understanding ourselves.

I can feel your pain and on the same hand his as well.Atleast you were able to explain your existance where I was not sure how would Adnan present him and his bargain. I am not sure if I am being helpful here or not, but my saying would be we should not judge eachother. Anyway, that is a very critical drawback in human nature and mostly in our culture.

So, please keep the good work going and I hope folks like Adnan would learn from it .Thanks for the experience.

Regards!

musafir.

Enchanted Forest
Posted by musafir Jun 11, 2000 12:22 am
Well done! I thought there is always a hope whenever I am in forest or in wilderness.Away from the noises. Forest is the place where I get in the loudness of my own silence. Anyway, you have expressed it very well. I wish if I could understand the way you felt.

Cheerio bye!
