Solving Amarnath: A New Hope in Kashmir
unfortunately, hindu india has essentially failed to declare a clear manifesto for muslims of india and therefore the communal politics is left to vagaries of fraudulent politicians. a clear pact like e.g. the medina pact is necessary, it should be clear to all and enforced dilligently. use of "democratic" politics to determine a pact is not good for muslim minorities and their fellow citizens.

indian (muslim related) politics is communal, and there is nothing wrong in it per se and we should accept it as is. comparatively (e.g. jain politics is not communal and therefor we can just ignore it).unfortunately, hindu india has essentially failed to declare a clear manifesto for muslims of india and therefore the communal politics is left to vagaries of fraudulent politicians. a clear pact like e.g. the medina pact is necessary, it should be clear to all and enforced dilligently. use of "democratic" politics to determine a pact is not good for muslim minorities and their fellow citizens.

yar salim the joos and hindians are honest about their tribalism...they dont talk universalism but employ tribal techniques. nothing wrong with tribalism..its very effective
Restoring the Civil Rights of Ahmadis
salim yar among its many good properties which make islam whole and true, tribalism is one of them. islam we know has its roots in tribalism of arabia. so leaving a tribe by an individual is no problem. but weakening the tribe is correctly seen as a potential mortal blow and it therfore treated as treason.

methinks in general hunter barbarians found it easy to prey on grazing animals aka civilized agrarians is the theme...one god could not save bagdad or central asian kingdoms from mongols.

baig sahib, every "civilization" has easily fallen to marauding hordes..chingis khan easily routed khwarizim and manchurian rulers of cheen, halagu had little problem in bagdad and romans also fell to skin-wearing barbarians..where is one god in any of this?methinks in general hunter barbarians found it easy to prey on grazing animals aka civilized agrarians is the theme...one god could not save bagdad or central asian kingdoms from mongols.

"Qadianis have every right to practice their religion, but should never be allowed to pursue their insidious role of disinformation against Islam"
yar salim, the quadianis were recruiting from muslims. IF they started with disclaimer that they were proposing something which is not islam, they would not have gotten very far at all, so they chose this approach imo. it is very dangerous for folks to leave islam or porpose leaving islam.

Let's separate the issue of human rights from the issues of infringement, disinformation, and usurpation.}ok so this is an article about human rights, and you are bringing in all these confundling issues to the table.

as a legal mind, and an ex ahemedi, ex sunni, currently ismili-muslim, can you comment on this?
{someone asked why ahmedis insist on being muslims?
this is an interesting question, since i understand that denouncing islam as a religion is apostasy. induvidually, it may be somewhat ok. but if a new guy forms a reform movement for muslims, there is no way he can call it not islam. how will rest of the society respond to a large group "converting" out of islam? so therefore, the reformer must call it islam out of necessity. the choice is not to have any reform movement.}

so to me it sounds like a catch-22 kinda situation. if someone comes up with reformist ideas appealing to a sizable number of muslims, what would be the right thing to do? if you call it islam, that would be sullying the brand. otherwise its a dangerous thing...but otoh you must listen to gods calling about the right thing to do and spread your message.

the shyte about buddha being an avatar of vishnu is pure crap. NO hindu "worships" buddha, keeps a little buddha amongs his family idols etc. He has reverence for gautama (buddha) but thats it..there is no worship. all we can say is that hindus consider gautama a good guy..prlly a bit more gooder as compared to the paigambar

"Assassination of former Minister of State for Home, Haren Pandya in Ahmedabad has once again drawn attention to the attempt on Niraj Jain’s life in July last year. Jain, who is currently with the BJP is an active VHP leader. Mr. Jain says that if a detailed probe is ordered, police will find involvement of international gangsters. According to Mr. Jain, police must crack on underworld dons who have made Gujarat as their work station. In the case of attempt on the life of Mr. Niraj Jain, police is still to conclude the case. Mr. Niraj Jain was fired at by some one when he was entering in his car on July 2nd 2002 and the culprits sped away on a motor cycle. Jain sustained injuries on his shoulders and was hospitalized for several days."
