We should develop institutions of higher learing and be named Pakistan Muslim institute of Technolgy. We should take financial help from all muslim nations to form this intermuslim international institute and keep indians organization in dust. Only 15 days worth of oil out of all muslims land can put 5 times all money put by india. Just in 15 days that is powerof money. 60% seats should be reserved for pakistanis and remaining 30% for arab and muslim world students and remaining 10% seats can be qctioned to highest bidders. The best muslim thinkers, scientist, technonologists all over world should be lured by pious appeal of muslim money fortified with lucrative salaray package. Also 5% can be reserved for oppressed muslims like indian, kashmiri, burmies, thai, and european muslims. !% for muslims from africa. The will 10 colleges with 4 colleges in Karachi specially for international students. Presently education is useless as no moral teaching is going on. Isalamise education and educationise muslims. Teach with faith and courage. Lahore can have specvial ibnstitute for "Management science as al;ready the college there is one of prestigeous in world and many of its students are working at very high positions in world science, technology. Karachi's famous medical and engg college can play wpart. Also we need to employ good prof from USA uk etc . ASk every country to give one institute as india got from usa german, japan, uk and germany. We should add specially with help of china in tech. Some institute for arabs who can not afford to go to usa can get same or better education back in PK.

There is tragic story , after Gangaram passed his wife Lady Gangaram donated huge money for other medical institute and her son who had died, his name was given in his memory but after partition the name changed to Jinnah to Sister. Ungratefulness has no limits and great nonchalant hatred.( also we could have named other city for King Fazal but was no need to change name and forget work done by Englishman)

If you start copying stuff from American magazine ( like some scientist here) and give abstarct as your thinking will get published sure. The problem they are always finding "common denominator" all they want mediocore to publish which is accepted as conventional wisdom. This tendency is proliferting as usa publishers wants to publish more so they can sell more stuff.
This thing happening in even scientic fields as now it is publish or perish race. Unfortunately Indians ( sub group is pakistan), chinese , arabs are very bad in such matter. Recently I was reviewing a papers by Indian Prof. from usa with Chnese grad student. The same professor had written article a very good work ( 2 years ago) regarding " nonclassical boundary conditions and tests for unique ( if they exist) solution in some different partial diff. equs in steady state field problems.As a refree I was delighted to recommend publication. Now this article was almost verbatum same 80%, it just added some computations. So suggested editors to cut it to size and publish as note. But they publiushed as Full "new" research.After some time had talk with gentlman and he agreed to my comments, but journal publisheded as full papers. They told me they need "volume" to sell. This american journals are made business by "elites".( Acta Mathematica and Acta Mechanica were better in their class ) In this matter Russians and british are far better, few magzines american journals are all full of "conference papers" which are not worth even of paper written on. I do even touch "conference" or "symposium" as it all unadultrated paper waste, one should read only read "Refreed" journals.
Now your problem is there are people they do not like different things or different way of looking at same things and interpreat without reference. You are like eagle soring without map and prejudice and they do not like that. It is easy to get in mud and start Gandhi and jinnah stuff up to end of word. It is same garbage and worshipping of "western elites". Now they give voluemes of references who said what etc. What is that and what is use. As I said before here there is no money in high tech , low tech but real money is in NOW TECH. Now that defies all your analysis. Now it is very different economy than any other place. Now in retirement I make more money than I worked teaching low tech or no tech tution. I make more than many teachers working in highschool for 20 years and their salary is "noted" on books. Most money is made by people with no trace. This is not manufacturing place it is more trading place , you buy and sell. There is no money in making or manufacturing. Like cement making may have profit but real gold is in retail and distribution. Per bag og cement traders make two times than makers. Wheat no body really makes money by growing wheat, all money is in smuggling wheat and selling. This is all top to bottom like that. Real money is never noted, so even today economy is going all right. Without this IMF money there will be problem for few days but life will go on, just iranian informal oil will replace costly oil.Major industires will be closed but country will just go ahead. Now it is up to world if they want to do any thing , but economy will just go ahead with IMF or no IMF. All thinking makes more fear than actual things are never as bad as imagined and time has way to moderate difficulties. Any way things are going to be fine, please do not worry and loose your sleep over no business of your things.
