In Sanity

One more thing if you don`t like people from Bronx, stop ridding the 456.

Lets Destroy The Bamiyan Buddhas!

Chill out my dear friend and stop blaming the USA for everything that`s wrong with the world today. A little rational thinking would preclude that the reason why the world is adopting American culture is that unlike what happens in most parts of the world; it isn`t shoved down people`s throats or up their behinds, but because of its simplicity and common sense approach.

Letters and Bombs

The reason why things don`t improve is the self righteous attitude of people from across both sides of the border. Unfortunately you try and portray yourself as a neutral individual, who married someone of Pakistani origin (not even remotely Pakistani if I was to make a guess), your writing clearly leans towards assigning the responsibility of the present situation to Pakistan. This clearly puts you in the same category as the above mentioned people.

Hmm.. wonder if you used anything besides your imagination to reach the point of ``when I almost merge with the two onscreen``, would be interesting to know!

The Damned And The Damnable

Such bitter hatred and deep vehemence against the society that you yourself are part of and is a creation of your parent`s generation. I wish I could say something to make you feel better, but realize that the problem is not only the people around you.

Shandana jee:

I am definitely concerned about you, but more so about people who may inadvertently become victims of a (your) ``meat cleaver``.

Fascinated by the mix and match of languages; ever noticed how people are even beginning communicate like this! I foresee emergence of a new language.

Extremely morbid!! you appear to be obsessed with a self-destructive fantasy of some sorts. Not that I am a psychologist, but I would definitely recommend some counseling!!

Touching! I wish more people on both sides felt like this.

Why such sordid opinion of yourself? Is it based on past experience?

What Constitutes Blasphemy?
Posted by SaadPAslam Feb 2, 2001 08:56 pm
After contemplating Bilal Ahamed`s reply to my earlier posting I realize that I made an error of judgement by using derogatory remarks against certain group of people. Therefore, I would like to apologize for my earlier postings to everyone and anyone whose sentiments were hurt by these postings.

Sincerely,

Saad P Aslam

What Constitutes Blasphemy?

The reason why freedom of expression in suppressed in Pakistan and most of the self proclaimed Muslim countries is the fact that they simply cant defend the ``type`` of Islam being followed and professed in these countries. Suppressing any form of freedom also remains in the best interest of the deliriously fanatic religious thugs, political leaders or, simply, the rulers, who don`t want people to think. This primarily stems from the fact that this group does not have the ability to reason or argue to defend Islam, therefore the only option left for, these bigots, is to encourage their ignorant followers to terrorize people.

I reiterate, hang all these over zealous cranks by their beards.

I say we hang (by their messy stinky beards) all these bigots who have nothing better to do then destroy public & private property.

All Because a Flight Was On Time!!

I don`t know of many people who salivate over coffee. However, I must admit I am unaware if you guys back there in Delhi add a little ``garam massala`` to coffee. As this would explain the ``wild salivating`` while visiting Starbucks.
