The Genius of a Giant
Posted by cassim Apr 19, 2005 09:57 am
Also, take into consideration the fact that how many times he has been given out when he was not by any standard. The last one being in Delhi. That is one area where he`s been unlucky again and again.

I believe, he is a classy batsman someone of the stature of Viv Richards. The best batsman after Viv Richards of fast bowling according to Imran Khan.
Death Be Not Proud

I`m sitting here and I`ve read the story and it has made me sad. I`m not sure of what to say, or how to say it. Certain things just wouldn`t be right. I`m so sorry, if I ever had to endure that, I`m not sure I`d have the strength to survive. I tend to be emotional and have a hard time expressing what I wish to say. However your story tugged at my heart strings. Please accept my deepest condolences on this unrecoverable loss.

Well, he did prove today that there is still some cricket left in him and he is still capable of playing a lead role in winning matches for the country.

Atlast, this player has been selected and is included in the squad for England. :)

Yes, Ian Chappel also was a great admirer of Imran Nazir.

I agree with the writer. Imran nazir is one batsman who has been continously ignored by the selection committee. He is much better than Taufiq umar, Mohammad Hafeez, Imran Farhat.

Shoaib Muhammad was also a victim of politics.
World Cup 2003 (Updated): (Cricket, of course!)

Well today`s match is history. Now i think that we should look forward to the upcoming matches and support our team. Anyways, one thing on which I like to contirbute is that Pakistan should now stop experimenting and play with the right type of team. By this I mean that they should select the proper team for the match. In my humble opinion the team should be composed of Saeed Anwar, Salim Elahi, Yousuf Youhana, Inzamam-ul-Haq, Younis Khan, Abdur Razzaq, Rashid Latif, Wasim Akram, Saqlain Mushtaq and Waqar Younis. And they should either play Shoaib Akhtar or Azhar Mahmood. I think this is the best combination and they gonna then surely rock All the Best to the Pakistani team for the future matches. Its not end of the world by losing to Aussies, its all part of the game. But yeah they are fully capable of defeating Australia, just need a little guidance. And I hope that they are going to be in rhythm from now on.
