Hindu rituals are part and parcel of Hinduism. To your simplistic mind, rituals may look
like mindless things. Simple minds like yours just need one book to understand this

more complex understanding of this world and themselves and a ritual may reinforce
some inner strength they may have or it may bring peace of mind to them- it does
not matter what their faith is and what they do, you have no right to ridicule them even
if under the guise of equally criticising muslim rituals. How do you know the rituals
in other faiths are less important than the faith itself? Maybe they are the most important things central to their faith. The findings back the long-held view, based on more limited surveys in Silicon Valley, that Indian immigrants are a significant force in America’s start-up culture. Indians have been founding companies in the U.S even outside Bay area for decades, going back to Amar Bose`s Bose Corp in Massachusetts and Suhas Patil’s Cirrus Logic in Utah.

The study also found that immigrant founders are responsible for building a high percentage of the most innovative American companies, with 87 percent operating in sectors such as high-tech manufacturing, information technology and life sciences. These companies are headquartered across the country but are concentrated in five states: California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington and Texas.

Nearly half of the immigrant entrepreneurs in the current nationwide survey (46 percent) arrived in the US as students, the study says. More than half of the founders started their businesses within 12 years of entering the US They hold an average of 14.5 patents. Sixty-nine percent of these individuals have become American citizens.

Authors of the survey cited this to emphasize the need for the United States to remain open for legal immigration and higher work visa quotas.

Indian Muslims The simple question seems to baffle everyone. Why does everything else being equal muslims tend to underperform economically everywhere in the world? After all they
are from the same gene pool as hindu indians who do exceptionally well all over the world.
The answer is simple. The sample is biased. To be a muslim involves in believing

And to embrace islam requires one not to have a inquisitive mind and encourages

To that I say - yes hinduism has all sorts of rubbish too.
But fundamentally it accepts that there multiple paths to truth and your way is as valid as anyone elses. That keeps people open minded and open to any new way to truth.
That is the reason you find so many prohets/gods in india. It is marketplace for
spirituality. So it is not surprising that a group as open minded as that does exceptionally
well and will continue to do well. It is just an unfair comparision!
