It is interesting to note that how many young people of today celeberate vanity as if its a new trend, even though its always been there but maybe didnt get so much air time.

Good one, NFP. A good, long hard look at Paki pop as we know it today. But why so little on recent developments?

one of your best satire stuff NFP. It seems to be written in a hurry. I`ll vote for your novel Acidity and 21st century Psychobabble piece as your best anytime.

Oh yes, totally agree with Nass, this is quite like NFP of his younger early ninetees` The News days. Not that I did not enjoy this, but I personally think NFP was evolving well into a sharp short story writer, even though he has maintained his Theatre Of The Absured sense of humour in the many stories he has written for chowk. But I guess the LUX Awards were just too delicious for NFP to miss aiming his infamous pen at. They sucked and what better person to tell us that than Nadeem Farooq Paracha. - CoolHandLuke
