thats is true, but in general i just dont understand onething. Why entrance exams to begin with! ? why cant we make a system of education where graduating from high school ( FSC/A levels) is good enough to ensure the eligibility of student to a particular univeristy.

well i just dont seem to understand what you were trying to say here. From the information i got off of the latest Population Stats. ( World Fact Book www.cia.gov ), the minority ( non muslims) is 3% of the total population. Why would someone say that Pakistan is not progressing as a *developing country*, as it should be or has some national problems that need to be taken care of , just because of the disfunction /negligence of minority rights; and also if that minority is 3%?. And making it an issue of something/anything that would reflect a discriminatory image of citizens of Pakistan and thier rights due to religious indifferences, should not be an option to begin with.
