Arjun2, Two wrongs make a right is a logical fallacy . If there are issue in your society then admit it rather taking it to another side of the border. Pakistani were wrong at 71, they publically admit this and accepted the creation of Bangladesh due to their own wrong doings however Indians never seems to accept Pakistan and call it division of India rather a partition from British India. Chief minister of sindh, Arbab Ghulam Rahim is native sindhi speaker.

All governers are not military men.
Sindh`s Governer is ISHRAT-UL-IBAD, a civilian.
Balochistan`s governer is Owais Ahmed Ghani, also a civilian

Pakistan`s Official language is English. So none should have issues in understanding of it including felllow punjabis. The national language is urdu because it is understandable in all four of the provinces.. idiotic to say because of mother tongue, local languages should be made national

anyway just FYI, Pakistan`s civil service is selected through competitive exams, but recruitment is carried out on the basis of provincial quotas, which does not always ensure equal opportunities on merit for all candidates.

What does it tell you, the Punjabis who are the biggest ethnic group are the most among all ethnicties who get selected in establishment. Go check figures who is the most dominent group in Pakistan`s establishment before blaming urdu speaking community. The head of an organization doesnt mean shit, the armed forces is the most organised and strongest institution of Pakistan and policy making is done collectively not individually.
