Jeenay Do BB No, it is not a criteria for leadership qualities, on a one-glance look.

But when we are talking about the langauge of the COUNTRY you want to govern, I think it most certainly is. You cannot rule a country you don't fit into. You cannot understand their people unless you feel like them, in this case, speak their language. More importantly, your claim to represent them is incomplete.

He Dared to Call His Own Miracles don't exist. I don't think I agree that we have one destiny, if that were the case then what's the point of our existance at all? Or, you can believe in destiny, and you can believe in parallel universes.

Faith falters.. particularly when it's getting late, and it keeps getting darker because the night is eneveloping, and you still can't find what you're looking for... I agree, what you said. Thanks :)
