Persecution of Religious Minorities In Islamic Countries

Kul,
{}What’s up with your comments about the Prophet (pbuh)?? You may be trying to rile the jihadis here … but c’mon dude … !!!"}

Sattar Sahib,
Couldn't you find a wetter and softer noodle to hit Feroz Qutabshahi aka Kulharee with? His comments are what has led me to conclude that the Qadiani religion encourages abuse against Our Holy Prophet (PBUH).

Of course, you are going to say, as before, that I shouldn't let the thoughts of one Qadiani govern my impression of the entire faith.

Being the most vocal Qadiani on Chowk, he is kinda like the Nazi Pope, Benedictus Arnoldi the Umpteenth. I must take the Papa's lectures seriously and then form opinions about the state of mind of the official Catholic faith today.

You will have to reprimand him and contradict him much more forcefully than you have. Please see how moderate Muslims argue with Masadi Sahib, Urstruly Sahib, and Zeemax Bhai. And our disagreements aren't even over important matters such as the sanctity of the Holy Prophet and his name (PBUH).

zeemax #49 {"But anyway, I was referring to the choice between the two titles. Can I have both? I'm greedy LoL! "}

Zee,
I will put you down for both - you got my vote! The final word is with Teefay - after all, it's his board.
The Dutch started giving out trinkets to Injuns (they got Manhattan for about $26 worth of fake jewels) everyone is fooling those poor aborigines with shiny stuff. LOL

Sattar2 #64 {"Both sects have utmost respect for Prophet Muhammad (pbuh); there is no question about it … none at all … no way.

What Kulharee says does not necessarily reflect Ahmadi-Muslim views. Just like zee or Urstruly supporting suicide bombings or killing apostates does not necessarily reflect Islamic teachings.

+++

If because of Kulharee’s vulgarity you think you have the right to prevent Ahmadis from considering themselves Muslims, then I am afraid the bigger problem lies with you."}

Sattar Sahib,
Thanks for clarifying that. So, it's obvious that Kulharee is behaving contrary to Qadiani teachings in disrespecting Our Holy Prophet (PBUH) and enthusiastically supporting profane Hindus who do the same.

Forgive me, sir, but I can only judge your religion by the most vocal proponent of that faith on Chowk - Kulharee. BTW, many Muslims have publicly criticized Urstruly and Zeemax for their extremist views. I have never read one word of your disagreement with Kulharee over his insults to Our Holy Prophet (PBUH). So, it must not be that important an issue with you guys - therefore, my remarks concerning the Qadiani religion.

Sattar2 #64 {"(Now tell me … was it you or someone else who recently made hateful comments about the death of Mirza Sahib. I thought it was you … but I could have been mistaken)."}

Sattar Sahib,
You are probably mistaken. I think I was born long after he kicked the bucket.

tahir #16 {"The greatness of forever-at-war Karachi would perhaps increase if they placed a 'visitor's book' at the airport in which folks from other Pakistani towns might jot down in in a few words what they really think of Altaf the absconder."}

Tahir,
Don't bother! Some of us so-called "Mojos" are learning the stupidity of his violent actions - may he always be in London to shave the Queen.

AKCheema #2 {"... I have always maintained (on record here on Chowk) that the 'Shias' are farther removed from 'mainstream' muslim mythology than the Ahmadis. With their 12 or 7 Imams (Hazir and Ghaib!!), denial of the first 40-50 years of Islamic history etc, cannot be regarded as part of Islam as we know it. Yet, again for political reasons, they ARE included and Ahmadis aren't; doesn't sound fair somehow."}

AKCheema Sahib,
While I have no personal issue with you, this particular post by you betrays your lack of knowledge about Islam and perhaps exposes your divisive intentions.

Being a Shia with a Sunni father and a Sunni wife, I am familiar with BOTH sides of the fence. I think that you will be pleased to learn that many Sunnis, especially the Hanafis, who predominate the Muslim presence in Turkey, India and Pakistan, regard the Imams as religious leaders. Imams Hussan, Hussein, Zainul Abidin, Jaffer Al Saadiq, Musa, and Mahdi are very much revered by many Sunnis.

As to your reference about denial of 40-50 years of Islamic history, you fail to make yourself abundantly clear. I hope you agree that most Sunnis would be supportive of Imam Ali (RA) in his stuggles against Muawiyah, the Governor of Syria and almost all Sunnis are on the side of Imam Hussein (RA) against the tyrant Caliph Yazid.

Please reconsider your post and the conclusion you derived. Thanks.

{"I will try, as I think most people do, hide my vices. I'm ashamed of them, I try to do them incognito. But here in front of me, is a man, named after the prophet, a director with the firm, toasting to the group, and to my right is another Muslim from Iran, also a director, and the young Pakistani who invited me, all enjoined in the delight of drink. The first director who is from Egypt, is now mimicking a belly dancer, and the women around the table are giggling. He's re-enacting a dance from another recent dinner, where he apparently displayed this skill for the group. He's shaking his pretend breasts, it's all a great big laugh. I'm mustering a half smile, and sick to my stomach....
I don't want to be here, I want to be with the local Afghani's I had dinner with last night, the ones who talked about their families, and of the provinces they came from."]

Naeem,
Thanks for sharing your disgust at the situation and how you felt says a lot about you. You are among the many Muslims, who, while very educated, prosperous, and even "westernized," do not easily succumb to kissing gora rump just to emphasize their "modernity." One of the easiest ways, these kaala angraaiz, that you encountered even in Kabul, choose to demonstate their ass kissing is by drinking to excess and then wanting everyone else to join them in their behavior as aping buffoons lest they themselves look bad. Good for you and your genuinely disgusted feeling and disappointment. I share your views.

Christian atheists, Jewish atheists, Muslim atheists, and Hindu atheists

While these morons sound like oxymorons, they are merely conveniently hypocritical labels.

They will go to church and be seen worshipping to gather votes. They will deny the existence of God, but claim the land of Israel due to the "Covenant" between God and Abraham. They will stuff their faces in secret or even starve themselves during Ramadan just to impress others. They will break coconuts over their laptops to launch new software and even smear war paint on their faces.

But they will all deny the existence of God. Not because they really believe that He doesn't exist, but because they fear Judgment Day and the retribution that He may prescribe for their evil deeds on earth.

...and of course to shore up their own weak belief in the absence of God, they must be zealots in propagating their "faith" to avoid being in the minority. As if, a majority of atheists is going to scare off the Supreme Being from holding court on the Final Day.

Little do these hypocrites realize that if they are right and there is no God, then who cares? They will not be around to celebrate their victory over the "foolish" believers. But if there is a God, then they are the ones who are screwed for eternity. LOL
