Lacuna in your procedure/rules

It is my considered position that the rules regarding banning offensive material in their current state fail to do the needful. For one thing the offensive post is always easily viewable in the ’’user posts’’ and secondly the offensive posts reappear once the ban is lifted.

It is therefore something of immediate concern which should be taken on with a sense of urgency.
