An Unreasonable Man, doc on Ralph Nader

Fascinating presentation of Ralph Nader’s career from an automobile safety reformist who took on GM to the creator of Nader’s Raiders, a movement of visionary talent that has changed our daily lives for the better, to a wrongfully accused third party candidate in the 2000 pres. election. Great interviews and footage of Nader as a young ivy grad lawyer who was the target of corporate slander campaigns and his framework of supporting the democratic ideal. A good critique of the short sighted, fair weather dems who cannot seem to reasonably present an argument proving Nader’s responsibility of Gore’s loss to the BA. Michael Moore and Bill Maher can kiss my ass after this, I always thought that Maher’s politics were suspect and opportunist...but Moore no longer has my support of his work.

Damning moments: Nader being offered millions of dollars by the dems to bow out of the race, Nader being told he was an illegal presence at the Presidential debates of 2000, and some sick creep pieing Nader in the face in a press room...truly, this doc points out the intransigence and incompetence of the dems and their apologists.

Great Moments: Hearing Nader’s ideas and trajectory of career and reforms. Seeing all the Arab Americans in the poli process. Hil step down, I’d vote for Nader again.
