I am new to chowk.com
I hope to learn much about Islam and current events from the many interesting posts here.
I cannot yet understand how to send messages to other members or interact with them directly. I have just now discovered these UNPLUGGED forums, so I will give it a try as a means to interact.

I am mostly at myspace.com/literarydiscussions posted almost every day. I have made a recommendation for people to visit chowk.com in my blog.

I also participate regularly at progressiveislam.org which is interesting, but perhaps so progressive that it will offend those who are more conservative, as it discusses topics such as womens’ leadership roles in masjid, same sex unions, etc.

It does seem to me that there should be some way for chowk members to message one another.
