Zee sahib, What is going on?

Topic started by majumdar on Apr 28, 2008 11:43:44 pm

Baitullah Mehsud is refusing to honour peace accord as Pak Army is not withdrawing.

AZ seems to be making contrary noises about the judges.

PPP- MQM seem to have pacthed up and are all set to form Sindh Govt.

Looks like some reversal. Is the Bush- Mush alliance making a backdoor comeback.

Regards

majumdar,

Btw, I still think poorly of ZAB. I hope we will learn to live with our difference on this.

No problem. We agree on most other things (T)

I asked eklavy saab that zeemax munafiq saab says he has had sex recently with women in muscat. I say that is wrong but eklavy saab say it is ok as the girls had good time too.

i ask as Islam stops us from comitting "zina" why it is ok for zeemax to have sex and not others saab?

this is what zeemax saab says
{"Yaar forget it. I just fucked half a dozen hindoo wenches in three holes each last week in Bahrain, Dubai and Muscat. This idiot just wants one Muslim right? So all I'm saying is go ahead and do it."}

this is the conversation with eklavy saab that i had and then he did not reply to,

eklavy saab,

the question was not about what individuals got out saab

question is about moral value saab

for example, is it ok saab if i have sex with zeemax's sister saab without marrying her saab?

as long as she has good time saab and i guarantee that saab

is zeemax saab happy about that saab? you should check with him saab

what is good for him saab is goo for me saab

then he should not bring Quran e Majid into this saab as Quran e Majid clearly talks of this as a moral issue saab and not just individual matter of having good time saab

maybe zeemax saab can reply as i want to make sex with his sister and if i can go ahead or not saab

all i want to know saab if it is ok for zeemax to drink alcohol and have sex outside marriage then why cannot the ordinary man and woman in my country.

there seem to be double standards, no??

Zee sahib,

It wud be a terrible tragedy if your fears come true. I can only hope for the sake of Pakis that they are unfounded. <img src=(" />

Re: I think my comments on ZAB were misunderstood. What I meant was that ZAB was a dangerous man for the establishment while he lived while AZ is no danger to anyone. Obstruction yes, danger no.

Re Zardari, musharraf will definitely eliminate him (maybe Bilawal as well) to get PPP fully under his wing with Amin Fahim in-charge as a new but much bigger version of PML-Q to act as a democratic front for him after fresh elections or something - a repeat of 2002. Both the EU and the US have been saying he will remain President for another 5 years. This is the only way he can.

(P.S. Your remark re ZAB is quite regrettable [-X. You know I'm his admirer)

majumdar,

The reason for my alarm is that unlike previously believed, the new military chief is not neutral since he has refused to honour NWFP Government's agreement with Mehsoods and pulling out troops.

Further, if NS had agreed on the minus-one formula re the judges, most things would be fine. As it is, Shahbaz Sharif has announced today through Dr. Shahid Masood that they will only wait till midnight tomorrow and then leave federal government, leaving Zardari fully in control in the center. Zardari will not share power with musharraf given article 58-2 (b) and will try to remove it with everyone's support except MQM (PML-N will still support him in this despite leaving Fed Govt) and musharraf/military will not allow that. Bombs should start anytime soon, and give musharraf the ruse to dismiss parliament with full military support.

This is how I see it. I think HP and Masadi were both right re a major power involved. Rejecting a 70% mandate against musharraf is not an easy job and beyond the scope of Zardari or anyone else alone including musharraf.

Zee sahib,

I will be waiting for your further comments.

I think you are being needlessly alarmist. I dont foresee a sudden dramatic development rather a slow game of attrition wherein the Bush-Mush duo try to gradually marginalise NS and wean AZ and PPP into a closer alliance with PMLQ and MQM with an eventual aim of marginalising PPP and discrediting all politicos.

(I think musharraf will dismiss parliament, arrest and hang Zardari)

If I were Mush I wud rather try to manipulate him rather than hang him. Unlike ZAB he is not worth the rope.

Post by majumdar,

I think musharraf will dismiss parliament, arrest and hang Zardari, Saudia will save Sharif brothers again, and total anarchy. UNLESS some miracle happens by tomorrow i.e. 30 April - the restoration dead-line.

All the same it is a tricky and dangerous game. He does not have the numbers, or the popularity or the votes or the charisma. He wud a sitting duck for Mushy (or whoever is the next Bonaparte wannabe). :o Probably makes sense for the Army-Amrika combine to have a discredited guy like AZ at helm of affairs.

When (that is, if) wud AZ sack YRG and take over?

Post by majumdar,

True.

Baloch leadesrhip is still behind bars. Why are they not being released?

Because Zardari payed lip service, tricked them as well, and managed to form his Govt in Baluchistan. Now he doesn't need them anymore and doesn't even have to release Akhtar Mengal. At the same time made the deal in Karachi with MQM and handed them the Karachi Water Supply Board (tons of money) as well as the Building Control Authority (that's a lot of real-estate), the entire City Government, and has now full control over Sindh.

Boy oh boy. Damn. I never thought this guy would be such a Machiavellian genius. All the pieces are coming together now.

If AZ's plans are to go along with PMLQ and MQM it is a very risky game. He cud of course conjure a majority but wud face serious hostility in Punjab/NWFP and possibly B'stan. And I dont see the global food and energy prices coming down any time soon so cud face turbulent weather in the next 12 months when the honeymoon period is over.

Btw I understand the Baloch leadesrhip is still behind bars. Why are they not being released?

majumdar,

BM has not referred to the lawyer's demand or the political situation otherwise in his communique.

There is no need for him to unnecessarily appear to support Lawyers. That'll be damaging for the latter. Remember the previous SC had ordered reconstruction of Jamia Hafsa at the same spot and registering of cases against all involved in the massacre?

Why is AZ breaking ranks? He fears sabotage by NS or by the restored judiciary?

The possible repeal of NRO and revival of cases against him if Iftikhar Chaudhry is restored is a major motive.

... the conventional belief is that Punjab is the most pr-establishment province and the one (in spite of its strong martial traditions) least likely to revolt.

Not any more. The entire Civil Society/Lawyer's movement is Punjabi, with the exception of a handful of individuals.

Interesting that you shud say so. 'Cos the conventional belief is that Punjab is the most pr-establishment province and the one (in spite of its strong martial traditions) least likely to revolt.

Yes it's unfortunate and unexpected. Zardari seems to have played a Machiavellian game, and the Mehsuds sensed betrayal.

Same game he played re the judges, and betrayed PML-N after making sure he still has majority by getting in bed with MQM and PML-Q, even though he has nothing but contempt for them. I'm quite amazed at how quickly he has become a megalomaniac.

Yes, the Bush-Mush alliance is making a comeback, and Punjab is likely to be up in revolt.

Very dangerous game indeed.
