Topic started by jang on May 11, 2008 10:31:36 pm

so there is some kinda municipal institute which is taking applications for vacancies. as a result there is a large flood of applicants with their caste certificates and all...coming by all kinda vehicles to submit those applications in person.

the most interesting sight is a big contraption set-up from a tractor-trailor...its green and says mobile porta potties...i will try to post a picture time permitting.

2 for gents 2 for ladies.

Jang,
Abey porta potty is a gift from the Japanese to entice Injuns, trap them in particle transporters and ship their asses to Bullet Train railroad tracks between Tokyo and Kobe. Apparently they need Injun excrement to grease the tracks. (T)

Jang, I was in Bombay a few months back .. was told not to trust besleri or other bottles bought on the street .. guys pick up these bottles and fill it up with tap water .. in fact there are instructions on bottles to crush it after using it .. mostly used boiled tap water and we were fine.

Take care.

I meant the anthropological angle to your vacation and resident injuns is interesting.

NRIs can also be anthropological subjects, I suppose, their migration seasons, their watering holes, their food gathering practices, their peculiar ailments, their mating er marriage routines

The NRI is an ideal candidate for anthropological study(T)
they are a species fit for this purpose.

sadna, are you suggesting that the NRI is now an anthropological study subject *-)

so now the mumbai mahanagarpalika has towed one more set..this one is beige in color. so, looks like its not exactly a chemical one (i have not gone in to check)..there is a big-fat pipe jutting out going into a manhole.

fruit, (who you..salim?) i have not travelled harbor line like for ever...but the western-experess highway is completely devoid of shyte now. i saw some activity in an open field when you cross over to chembur from sion.

in a related news, the zuggi project near my house is now converted into 3 towers..two complete and one under construction. our bhajiwali, istriwala, and ate-ki-chakkiwala (the chakki is defunct for a while now since noone gets their ata pissoed anymore) have moved into their 250 sq ft apartments.

i did pay a visit to IT park in hinjewadi (near pune) with wipro, infosys and other names that i dont recognize..its fking ugly with access roads fit for bullock-carts.

i also got to see the house of Mantos favorite B. G. Tilak and his publising house..a few bricks of the original house remain, but mostly its furniture shops now :D

jang are they using it8-| or do they still prefer the railway tracks.

Harbour line in amchi Mumbai is notorious for this activity and these days the signs are in Bangladeshi (not bengalior marathi):@
