1. Doesn't matter... the ground realities and goal can be different but the threat were there. It was a different time.. if the movement was still there is no gurantee that you are not seeing pro khalistanis livin in uk, canada going againt theses countries interests to seek attention or blackmailing for demands. My Point is, there are no moral for a terrorist only seeking objectives is their goal.

2. You seems to forget the highjackings (total of five I believe) of Indian Airlines planes by the movement did posses national threats. They don't have much influence in rest of country and this was not their style to go beyond state's border... goal was to keep the pro stater away and terrorized.... same as the BLA operated in balochistan these days. You can't say they are better and ideological then any other terrorist organisation because they work locally.

anyway, if as India is the biggest democracy in world then you should have representative of Indian Muslims in parliament....I believe they are as patriotic then any hindu and they being anti India is a hoax to discriminate and push them to wall. 1) Immediate: Send in the army and kill all Indian muslims (kind of islamic tactic-not even worth debating)
2) throwout all muslims from India (again dar-ul-bullshit concept)
3) as the economic fortunes of the entire country grow...the islamists over time will be marginalized to the point where they are no better than the koreshians or moonies. this way, India doesn't lose its polyglotic composition. remember, this is the land..when parsis were thrown out of iran- they came to India, when jews were thrown out of iraq they came to India, when hinjews and sikhs were thrown out of pakistan, they came to India....heck when muslims were thrown out of bangladesh-they came to India. India isn't going anywhere...things are improving for the future..adn shit like this will happen.

Jihadis make a lot noise but in actually they accomplish little...this is not the 7th century where uneducated desert dwellers fall behind some idiotic concept of jihad. India will be fine...

NY, agreed, but there are two differences.

1. A portion of Sikhs in UK and Canada.... and India.. do indeed support the, now failed (sp?), Khalistan movements. They however did not pose threat to the land they lived in i.e. UK and Canada respectively.

2. There terrorist activities were restricted to Punjab where they had major ideological struggle with local and central Govt. The it did not spread to other parts of the country.

Here we have a situation where Indian Muslims getting angry for the Central Govt. treatment to the Kashmiri Muslims and the whole event if sponsored by the land of pure. Quite a Ummah thing going on. How do you curb that? What is your solution? Give up kashmir? Turn other our cheek? Pull our pants down and let them fuck us? What?

In the US, we have all read about abolitionists, Southern sympathizers, Irish gangs, German agents, Japanese agents, Commie agents, and in Canada, even Sikh terrorists.

Offcourse the bombing is a real threat to the safety of the citizens of any country but its the work of Police and law enforcement agencies to punish the responsibles. I am against your stance of supporting indiscriminate killing and rioting against the Muslim community of India.

assholes like anjum chauhdry and Qaeda in UK cannot represent the whole community. The same UK and canadian Gurduvaras who you are considering peaceful were supporting the failed Khalistan movement to its core as well. They did possess a real threat to India in past.
