Tahir Hamid

My name is Tahir Hamid and I have been moved by the plight of the people of Iraq to write the article that I am contributing now.

It deeply saddens me that 2 million people have already died in Iraq as a result of the UN sanctions imposed upon them. By not standing up for them at this moment in time is quite callous and the indifference of the so called Muslim Ummah and Muslims at this point in time does not augur well for the whole Muslim World.
