Jai A Pathak

The author was born in Calcutta, India in 1971. After going through high school and two years of college in India, he transferred came to the US, where he obtained his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees. He currently works as aresearch scientist in a government lab. When he is not thinking about rheology (the science of the deformation and flow of matter), he worries about other things: art, politics, sex, philosophy and religion.
