I am currently pursuing an engineering degree, before which I was at a small liberal arts college in the West Coast. I wrote this essay out of many reasons: anger at the Pakistan government’s actions with respect to the Bundal Island issue and the Bajaur attack. But primarily it was written after a very long analysis of my friends and peers: the Pakistani youth. Talking with them and contemplating the state of affairs, I was forced to express my thoughts and in the process hope to ignite a smark amongst the disheartened, disillusioned youth who have so much to offer humanity, but without a visionary leader; a guide, they are lost.
