Bushra Zulfiqar

I am a Pakistani development activist currently studying at the London School of Economics. My background is in ininstitutional governance, policy processes, gender, education and foreign aid. Amongs these, the closest to my heart is gender which is also the focus of my research at LSE.

Interests: I am basically a writer. I find pleasure in understanding processes of social change in contextualized political relams, democracy, socio-economic structures and issues around human rights, gender, identity and empowerment are very central to me.

I think it is very important to think and write, for me it is the only way to be!
