Soma Kumar

Am now Professor Emeritus of Chemistry in Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Apart from teaching and research in Biochemistry in that University I have been interested in literature, art (music and plays) for which now I have more time after retirement from active teaching and research. I am particularly interested in the happenings in the Indian sub-continent about some of which I have written elsewhere. I have found some of the articles in Chowk, (Pervez Hoodbhoy’s come to mind) very interesting and I especially like the dialogue.
